Our founder, Raj Chatkara, brings more than ten years of recruiting experience across his career, spanning enterprise companies and startups. That experience includes managing hiring from start to finish at Crusoe and Zoox, and recruiting engineers for Sony PlayStation and Intuit during his time at TEKsystems.

At Open Source Talent, our in-house team combines hands-on recruiting with close stakeholder partnership. We work with your hiring managers to clarify what each role needs and keep hiring decisions moving. We share market insights from candidate conversations so your team can make informed decisions about compensation and search priorities. You work directly with the people doing the work.

We’re based in San Diego and can meet local clients in person. We also support technology companies nationwide and join client team meetings as part of the work.
